Our Waitlist Process

If you are interested in being added to one of our waitlists, please complete our questionnaire so we can get to know you better and ensure one of our puppies will be a great fit for your home. It is very important to us that our puppies are placed in loving, lifelong homes. Once we’ve reviewed your questionnaire, we will reach out with the next steps to join the waitlist.

Next, we require a $250 nonrefundable waitlist fee, which will be applied toward the final purchase price of your puppy. This helps ensure we are adding families who are committed, as we receive several inquiries each day.

All our puppies are priced at $5,000. When the puppies are born, we contact families in order on the waitlist and offer the opportunity to place a deposit. The deposit is $2,500 (half of the total price) and secures your puppy, as well as your pick order at 6 weeks old. The deposit is nonrefundable to ensure each puppy finds a wonderful home.

Puppies are ready to go home at 8 weeks old, at which time the remaining balance is due. Before going home, each puppy receives:

• A full veterinary exam
• First round of vaccinations
• Complete deworming
• Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) training
• Extensive socialization with children and adults
• A blanket with mom’s scent
• A 4 lb. bag of our current puppy food (Dr. Gary’s Best Breed)

All litters are registered with the AKC, and we will provide the paperwork to register your individual puppy in their given name if you wish. Puppies are sold with limited AKC registration as pets only (not for breeding). Our contract also includes a 6-month health guarantee, which will be signed at pickup.
