Ginger is our up and coming dam that will be bred for the first time this month! We are thrilled to announce that she accounts for only 8% of golden retrievers that can achieve an “EXCELLENT” hip score in OFA health testing! The best score possible. This shows us that we truly are achieving our goal of breeding better and healthier golden retriever puppies with each lineage! She has also passed all other OFA testing including the advanced heart echocardiogram and genetic testing as well. She is just as healthy as she is beautiful and we can’t wait for the amazing puppies she will produce. We are working on getting her added to our website so you can view for yourself all her amazing health clearances. She is a Sugar and Jack puppy from the “reindeer litter”. 4 week pupdate! This week the puppies started eating "gruel", a mixture of puréed puppy kibble, water, and goats milk. This is their introduction to solid food, which will help them transition to crunchy kibble in just a couple of weeks! It's also a big help to momma, especially with a big litter of 9. And the best part? They're absolutely loving it! We feed this to them once a day in addition to their mama’s milk. #evergreenretrievers
